We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide this website and to handle inquiries. This website does not use cookies, tracking, or analytics services.

- Website: Website provision (technically necessary server logs such as shortened/temporary IP address, user agent, date/time, requested resource) – Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure delivery).
- Contact: Contact/partner inquiries (content data from forms/emails such as name, email, organization, message) – Legal bases: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual communication) and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent, where given).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel processes technical connection data as a data processor for website delivery.

Data transfer to third countries may occur; protection is ensured through appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU standard contractual clauses).
4. Data Recipients
Within EyeVoices, only persons who handle inquiries have access. External recipients are exclusively service providers within the scope of data processing (particularly hosting). No other disclosure to third parties occurs.
5. Storage Duration
- Contact: Contact/partner inquiries: until final processing and subsequently according to legal retention obligations or for defense/assertion of claims.
- Logs: Server logs: only briefly to ensure operation; subsequent deletion or anonymization.
6. Cookies, Tracking and Social Media
We do not use cookies, web analytics, social media plugins, or profiling. No personal usage profiles are created.
7. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to:
- Information about personal data processed by us (Art. 15 GDPR),
- Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- Deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- Object to processing based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR),
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- Withdrawal of given consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR).
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. For example, the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) is competent.
8. Necessity of Provision
The provision of technical data is required to access the website. Information in contact/partner forms is voluntary; without it, we may not be able to process your inquiry.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access (including TLS encryption).
